Unlike other wedding banquet halls, at The Boathouse, your Wedding is our only event. We make sure the Bride and Groom are treated like royalty and their guests like family. After all, a wedding should be a day that everyone always treasures. Our award-winning team and preferred vendors always work to “wow” your guests with unparalleled service from start to finish.

The site fee includes:

  • One event per weekend allowing you and your vendors to have access to the venue 3 days prior to your event.
  • Staff available to meet your vendors upon deliveries when you are unavailable.
  • Staff available for parking and bathroom attendees.
  • Cleaning day of and day after event.
  • Heating / AC and electric.
  • Optional North field for ceremonies and or tent weddings.
  • Tables and chairs for Reception only.
  • 3 custom-made wood bars for cocktail and reception, 4ft (2) 8ft (1).

The capacity of The Boathouse is 200 people. Seating on the deck is also available. Our partnered caterer’s prices begin at $100.00 per person. These professionals are very accommodating for your needs and budget. The Boathouse facility rental fees are to be paid directly to Island Boatyard. The 25% deposit fee is non-refundable, and the site fee must be paid in full, 30 days before your reservation date.
